The property was mediocre. It appears that someone purchased and quickly renovated it for rental without much attention to detail. Looking to make a quick buck. There was paint splattered everywhere, and cracks were already forming. The front doors to the apartments were basic wooden doors, lacking proper weatherproofing and essential safety features like peepholes and secure locks. Some indoor doors didn’t close or lock properly. Bars missing in closets. Additionally, the first-floor apartment had NO heat in the bathroom. The most glaring issue was the severe sloping throughout the unit, with the kitchen windows on the first floor visibly crooked. Overall, the poor craftsmanship and lack of basic amenities made for a disappointing showing.
