Two bedrooms on the main level each have a queen bed, with one offering access to the patio and backyard. The basement, accessed by steep steps, houses four twin beds and ample space for blow-up mattresses. Explore the backyard's multiple outdoor spaces, including a private patio off the second bedroom and a larger patio area off the basement. The property is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Nestled in a quiet, rural area of Mobile, just off Dog River, this home is less than 10 minutes away from local favorites like McNally Park, The River Shack, and Grand Mariner, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful yet convenient stay. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged. The private dock is currently unavailable for guest use as it is undergoing maintenance. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. There are two parking pads available, but no street parking. As the house is on the river, water may enter the basement during torrential rainstorms. The home is in a residential area with quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Smoking is prohibited, with a $500 damage charge for violations. Parties are not allowed, and pets must be crated when left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet evidence and any damage to the home. A $100 charge applies for excessive trash removal.
