Parking: Two (2) parking spaces are provided. No unregistered vehicles are allowed on the property. 9. Late Payment: A late fee of $3,800 will be charged if rent is not paid within 7 days after the due date. 10. Landlord Entry: Landlord may enter the premises with 24 hours' notice for inspection, maintenance, or in case of emergency. 11. Trash and Recycling: Tenant is responsible for proper trash and recycling disposal in accordance with city regulations. 12. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for water, garbage, gas, electricity, and internet. 13. Pets: No pets are allowed. 14. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property or within 10 feet of any entrance. 15. Governing Law: This lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
