Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. No pets and no parties are allowed. All booking guests must be at least 25 years of age, except children accompanied by their parents, and present during the entire stay. Guest acknowledges and understands that they are financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the rental period, including damage done by pets, which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. No refund for weather-related issues or road conditions. Power outages are beyond our control. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding. Drive cautiously, especially if it's your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it.
