It is currently 50 acres with a pond, stream and Liberty reservoir front acreage. A distillery is slated to start construction on the property in about 12 months. Cold Saturday Farm is building reputation as a great special event property in Carroll County. We only host about 30-40 weddings a year so it's not year round. Basement apartment of this house is not included in the rental offer and is used for weddings guests and guests of the Farm's owners. No spacial or entrance overlap with main house. Only 2 cars allowed. 3 would be considered if family has a young driver. No campers, bikes, boats or other vehicles allowed on property. The Farm is located off 91 in Finksburg, convenient to Westminster and Eldersburg, as well as 795 and points east like Owings Mills, Towson, Baltimore.
