This is a large side by side duplex apartment. The unit does have a large eat in living room along with a nice front and side porch. The attic is finished off and you can use it as a third bedroom or an office. We will allow a small dog 20 pounds or less in this apartment. The unit does have washer and dryer hookups. We do not accept Metro/section 8. There is no smoking inside the unit. The apartment comes with a stove and fridge. The apartment does not have central air but it does have gas heat. The landlord pays for the water. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities and security deposit. The landlord would allow a small dog 20 pounds or under with the non-refundable pet deposit and the monthly surcharge. There is no smoking in this unit. We do not accept Metro/Section 8.
