It is across the road from gold medal waters of the famous Frying Pan River and restaurants and shops just 10 minutes away from the quaint town of Basalt. 2 acre private lot with stunning views. 5 ski areas within 40 minute drive. All wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle with good SNOW tires REQUIRED in winter as our driveway is very steep. This is our home and we are renting the ground floor for the winter season.
