Laundry is shared. Parking in driveway. Two patios to enjoy... hang out in the hammock.
Walking distance to Bus #32 and #38 and .7 miles to #51 (Sheridan). A .5-1.7 mile walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee shops (8). Quiet neighborhood and home. Parking space in driveway.
