Spectacular views of Byers Peak & the Fraser Valley engulf the spacious Great Room and large sunset deck of this sundrenched 2BR/1BA condo at Winter Park Lodge II in Fraser. Downtown Fraser restaurants and breweries are within walking distance, and the the valley's 'Lift' bus-stop is very close-by (1/4 mi.). Featuring two large bedrooms, the unit has been entirely renovated and is fully-furnished. We spent more than a year refurbishing and updating the entire unit, from the flooring to the ceiling, repainting everything, updating the kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, rebuilding the bathroom with a new 'walk-in' shower, and adding comfortable furniture, a new master King bed, new bunk-bed and mattresses, and bedding. As owners, we reside off-site. Of course, the panoramic views of the high-peaks and the large front patio (which we named the 'sunset' deck') are our favorite features! Winter/Spring Seasonal rental: Late Oct/Nov 1 to end of April-May (Flexible lease period is available. Winter Park ski season rental season is typically Nov 1 through April 30. Extended lease option into spring and summer will also be considered based on renter needs. No smoking/vaping in unit. (Smoking is permitted 200 ft. from complex buildings.) No pets.
