Arriving to the property was pleasant. Upon reviewing the apartment everything posted online pretty much was what I observed in person. The washer and dryer is fairly outdated , ceiling fans definitely require replacement and the second bedroom was smaller than it appeared online. The place should be considered a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom because the smaller bedroom would barely fit any furniture and should be considered a study room or flex. Overall , the apartment looked good. The landlord/manager presented defensive in email when I expressed my concerns and request to decrease the rent price by $100/$200 due to the second room size and a few other concerns. I’d be concerned using such an outdated washer and dryer . If it stops working , would the landlord/manager fix and/or replace?! I think of such things , especially dealing with a private landlord/manager. Again, the place looked great , best regards.
