Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50.

The Greater Columbus Convention Center is an 8-minute walk away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area are less than a mile away. You'll also find a Kroger Food Market less than a mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive. Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
