    There is no property closer to UVA's central grounds, 33 University Circle is one block from Rugby Road, and a short walk to the Corner. This four bedroom, two bathroom apartment occupies all of the second and third floor of the building, with high ceilings, lots of big windows, wood floors, plaster walls and a quiet street (it is a one way narrow residential street, one block off of Rugby Road. As a resident of the building you are entitled to a permit for street parking for an annual fee of $25.) Some off street parking available. Large back yard, laundry on site. LEASE TERM: nine months PARKING: On street parking by permit issued by City Hall for $25 annual fee. Some off-street parking is available for $75 per month.. UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for electric and internet services. Water, sewer and gas (for hot water and radiator heat), provided by City of Charlottesville, are billed to the Landlord; tenant pays a flat monthly fee to pay these bills. At lease end, Landlord calculates the actual cost of these utilities and either refunds monies that were not spent or collects from the tenant if the bills exceed what the tenant paid through the lease term. This allows the tenant to pay a flat amount each month. PETS: No pets No smoking, vaping NUMBER OF Occupants: Four maximum, per City code LAUNDRY: Laundry room on site.
