A complete application consists of a fully completed and signed application form, proof of income and valid ID for all occupants 18 years of age or older.
Initial screening includes review of application, photo ID, references, employment history and income verification. If you pass initial screening, we will ask you to pay TransUnion SmartMove for a background check (roughly $40) that includes credit, criminal and eviction history.
