    This is a two bedroom, 1 bath duplex unit that is 575 square feet. The unit has plenty of natural light, tile flooring and is cozy and comfortable. The unit is accessed through the alley so it is protected from the street. The yard is quite sizeable for good outdoor living, as well as a small fenced area for a dog. There are lots of tall mature trees which provide shade. There is plenty of off-street parking and a storage shed in the yard. Tenant pays for trash and utilities but not water. We require a 650 credit score from all adults and need to verify documentable income of 2x the rent. We do full credit and background checks.
