Management
3 reasons Gina was awful: 1) She raised the rent 30 minutes after I made an appointment 2) When I asked if the unit had air conditioning, she said, “No, probably not.” She was not knowledgeable or informed as to many basic questions. 3) When I asked if there was a move in special, she laughed at me. Very rude as this is common and we have been offered this by many agents. Overall, a very nice apartment, but Gina made the viewing so unpleasant.
