Nice walk in shower, independent heating/cooling unit, Multiple options for clothing storage with an open closet and a dresser. We are willing to discuss painting or installing some different wall paper if you are willing to sign a year lease. No couples please. The surrounding area has a ton of amazing food options and grocery stores. Chollas Lake and Chollas Recreation Area is accessible within a 5-10 minute walk through the neighborhood. SDSU, Hillcrest, North Park, Downtown, Kensington, La Mesa are 10-15 minutes away, Coronado and beaches are 20-25 minutes away. Bus stop is a one minute walk from the house. We are a couple in our late 30s and live in the front unit. We both work and are kind, considerate and lgbtq friendly. We have a large female dog who is friendly and also protective of our part of the yard. We have two female cats also that stay inside. We would be sharing the laundry area in the garage, and other than that, you have an entirely private space with a private enclosed patio. Looking for a working professional with reliable transportation and a good renting history for the space. We don't want to rent to someone who parties, uses any type of illegal substances or smokes pot/drinks excessively. Non cigarette smoker preferred, no smoking inside the unit ever. This is a great spot for a traveling nurse. 6 month or 1 year lease available. Owner pays all current utilities, gardening and pest control, water, gas, electric, WiFi, trash and laundry. If additional utilities are needed, we can discuss that. To use extra storage space in the garage, an additional $50/month is required. Pets must be well taken care of, flea meds and vaccines up to date and not constantly barking. If a year lease is signed and once you have lived here for one month, we will discuss an option to paint or wallpaper the space. Excessive drinking, pot or any illegal drug usage will give the owner the option to void this lease with 3 days to move out. Ample Free Street Parking is available for tenants. Owner reserves driveway parking. Proof of renters insurance, proof of income , personal and professional recommendations and background check are required prior to signing the lease. This is a non-smoking property. Tenant responsible for any damages to furnishings or for a plumber if the drain of the kitchenette gets food in it. There is no garbage disposal.
