     Management

    Answered fairly quickly and emailed us about the upcoming tour. The manager was able to answer my questions and was friendly.

     Property

    Although a good size and layout, the entire building is visibly falling apart, rotting, and is in a poor state. The view is great, and the kitchen is upgraded but the floor and porch feel as though they are sliding downhill.
