This apartment features two large bedrooms, an updated kitchen, a bright sunroom, a gated parking spot, a hot tub, in-unit laundry room with additional sink, and wifi/water/trash included! We are located in a safe area between two local middle schools and are easy to access through public transportation such as the blue line, Divvy bikes, and bus. We have fun neighborhood bars including Sleeping Village where local bands frequent for a fun night out, local sports bars such as Crawford's Food and Spirit, and the famous Avondale Bowl right down the road (only a 10 min walk)! Owner pays for water, garbage, wifi. Renter is responsible for electric and gas. We do not have a deposit, but we will have a move-in fee of 500 dollars. Review and be aware of Chicago noise laws, no smoking of any kind in the unit only outside on front or back porches.
