     Property

    The place was pretty gross- the carpet was dirty and his buddy was living there temporarily and there was some food out which was extremely off-putting. I did however, really like the bathroom, very spacious and pretty. I did not, however, like that the bathroom window couldn't even open. There is laundry right next to the front door in this tiny disheveled corner. The street is also very narrow and to add to that, there is street parking on both sides. It's hard to dodge the other lane.

     Management

    I was pretty disappointed by the whole experience. I originally checked out the property because I liked its distance from my university and the pretty stained glass windows I saw in the listing. However, when I got to the property I was taken aback by how unprofessional the landlord was. I arrived early and waited which was fine. He kept stressing that he was on a time-crunch multiple times during the visit even though by the time we finished, it wasn't even 11 (the time the showing was scheduled). He made me very uncomfortable and didn't really give me much info on the property which I found odd- he was on his phone multiple times and also asked me questions about myself that I didn't welcome at all because of how uncomfortable he made me feel. The whole experience just made my skin crawl. Even when my roommate arrived, I told her it wasn't even worth her time and I shook his hand and left as quickly as possible.
