We've also saved and restored the 1930's dish cabinets and folding ironing board which conveniently drops down from a recessed cupboard space. The floor is graced with beautiful Spanish tiles through the kitchen and onto the laundry room, a perfect space for a washer and dryer. And just outside your back door is a path to our Summer area with barbecues, night lighting and even more greenery ! Have you ever dreamed of having a cute little powder room ? This space has one just for you, with the original built in cabinets and nicely lighted. The bathroom has the original Art Deco tile in a lovely lavender pink and back motif.
