This is our family vacation home, lovingly maintained. We are happy to share with a family interested in making memories at Kirkwood! We are looking for one family, (max 6 people) to rent from Jan 4th through April 4th (3 months) for $6,000.00 per month plus utilities. Depending on your usage, utilities including electric, propane, Water, Waste Water, Solid Waste, Internet, and Basic Cable run from $750-$950 per month. Renters are responsible for keeping stairs cleared of snow. Snow removal service runs $420/month if you want to hire someone in the valley. Parking is not reserved, but usually available for up to two vehicles. This is a duplex, the North Unit may be occupied by owners or short term renters. We have strict quiet hours to benefit both units. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property (cigarettes, vaping, weed). Well trained pets are negotiable!
