Your kitchen is a decent size and has lots of cabinet storage. The bedroom is a decent size as well. Included: heat, lawn care, trash/recycling, snow plowing, cold water, and sewer. Resident responsible for: electric (GMP) and cable/wifi (if desired). No Smoking. Cats and small dogs (30lbs or less) negotiable @ $25/mo per pet. Vet records and references required. If its a dog, we must meet the dog. ONE parking spot.
