If not, they can be disposed. We prefer no animals, but will consider everything with pet fee. The bottom unit is $650 and has the basement. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. City has them separate from the upstairs unit. Trash will be split between you unless you choose to use the bags/tags. Yard and sidewalk will be maintained by tenants as you agree. No smoking in the home.
