These apartments have two bedrooms, one bathroom, and include a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, fireplace, and a patio/balcony. They are in an eight-plex apartment building located behind Target and Menards near Oakwood Mall in Eau Claire. Each unit is provided with one designated parking spot, there is no cover or garage parking. Rent starts at $930 per month with a signed, 12-month lease and includes lawn care, snow removal, and trash services. The security deposit also is $930 or equal to one month's rent. Water is paid directly to Regal Property Management quarterly. We request that the received water bills be paid with the next upcoming rent check. These are smoke-free properties.
