Tampering with cameras or the sensor will result in additional fees. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, with a $2000 party fee, and no smoking is permitted, with a $1000 smoking fee. The maximum property capacity is 7, with no unregistered guests allowed.
