Minimum deposit roughly about 1-1/2 times the monthly rent for credit score 670+. Credit score 650-670 can be considered with higher deposit and excellent rental history and prior landlord recommendation. In addition to the credit scope -rental history and prior (up to 2 years) landlord recommendation will be considered. Person with past eviction will not be considered.
