Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. Overflow parking is available in the community, but overnight parking is not permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot. Just a short walk to the clubhouse, the resort features a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and more. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the property is just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's famous attractions. Nearby, you'll find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The property is located within a gated community with 24-hour security. Self check-in and check-out are available, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. A Ring camera is located by the front door for safety and privacy. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property, and violations may result in reservation termination without refund. Construction may be ongoing in some areas of the resort, but amenities remain fully open. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the home. However, a laptop computer is not included.
