For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip. - Our garbage service will be on every Tuesday early morning. If you are staying on Monday night, kindly please help us to take the bins out on the street. If you will check in after the garbage service date, kindly please help us roll the bins back. - Maximum 2 well trained pets (Dogs only) will be allowed during your stay. Pre-approval will be needed. Please correctly indicated the pet number in your reservation, and extra per stay cost will be applied automatically. All pets are not allowed to stay or to be on the bed and sofas . - If guests are using this property as a monthly rental, we will provide initial/set up consumable supplies, such as coffee/tea/paper etc. Guests can stock up anything they used up during their stay. Please use utilities at a reasonable level, owner will cover up to $350 w/s/e/g per month. Excessively waste of utilities will be deducted from guests. Cleaning during longer stay period can be arranged at guests' costs. REQUIREMENTS: *Household income should be 3 times the monthly rent. *Collection of first and last month's rent along with the security deposit before occupancy. *Lease period specified: October - March (may extend) *Credit score requirement: above 680. *Fully Furnished *Minimum of 30 Days stay *Pet fee $350 (applied if you are bringing your pet)
