     Management

    Alex was very honest and transparent about fees, rent increases over time, maintenance, etc. He explain the washer/dryer in one and told me to call Ameren to get 12-month rolling averages for any apartment I'm looking at, including his, which is great advice.

     Property

    The property is very well kept, but the square footage was much smaller than listed. Street parking seemed difficult, laundry in unit, no multi-year lease option.
