Property
It was a really nice property with the exception of the bathroom. The bedrooms were lovely, the living room was spacious, there was plenty of natural light. Upon entering the bathroom there was a really strong mildewy smell, and it turns out there was black mold in one of the bathroom cabinets that the landlord said he hadn't been aware of. No way the property is ready to be lived in with that much of a mold problem.
Management
Nan was great! Very friendly, easygoing, and professional, answered all questions I had. I really appreciated that he doesn't require additional fees for pets.
