Option 1: Furnished sublet. 1 month, 6, 9 12 months - tell me what you need. Option 2: Long-term. Can be furnished or unfurnished. As a long-term neighbor as well as the landlord, I want someone not only financially stable but compatible for sharing the garden, the outdoor social spaces. In the past we had very friendly relations with all our co-residents, we called it "co-housing-ish" and shared many meals.
