Property
The property has a nice footprint in terms of square footage. Apart from the bathroom, none of the details were well maintained. It definitely looked like it had been painted over multiple times. Sliding doors to the bedroom had what used to be nice, glass panes. The glass was painted over in white paint! Also two of the panes were shattered. Lots of pieces like this made it feel like it's not ready to move in and call home.

Seems like a nice person and it's good to know it's family owned.
