When you're not out, unwind by the inviting pool. For nature lovers, the community lake is right at your doorstep. Enjoy a friendly game of cornhole by the serene lakeside, try your hand at fishing, or simply soak in the picturesque view. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of three cars, with one in the front and two in the back. Please avoid parking in spaces in front of other houses. Parties or events are not allowed, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is prohibited. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area tidy. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older, and a completed profile is necessary. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell in the front and back of the house for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels is provided per person. A starter pack of essentials is provided, but if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
