Smoking is allowed outside on the covered porches, and within the detached garage. Parking: You will have access to three parking spots, including a detached garage which can also be used for storage. Deal Breakers: Any violation of the no-smoking policy, unauthorized pets, property damage, or failure to make rental payments as agreed in the lease will be considered deal breakers and could result in eviction.
