Included is a queen size bed, all kitchen accessories, coffee pot, ROKU Tv, linens for the bathroom, bedding, stainless steel refrigerator, and a two top glass stove burner. ALL BILLS PAID WITH WIFI. Located on the property is a laundry facility that is free for the tenants to use. A small box for a BIG life! Flexible lease terms. If you live out of town and are here to work we have a flexible lease term agreement. It is a two month minimum stay then it will go month to month. If you are seeking the container for a long term residential stay then it is a Tx lease with a 6, 9, 12 agreement.
