Small backyard. Central AC and heating (not forced). Electric stove and refrigerator included and window coverings too. Each apartment has a back patio with laundry hook-ups and a covered front porch to sit on cool mornings or evenings. It is a quiet location in a small courtyard of 10 other apartments. The apartment is very clean and up to date. As owners, we are responsive to our renters and promptly repair anything needed. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for gas and electricity. Owners are willing to establish a payment of first and last month's rent with cleaning fee over 3 months, if needed.
