It's just a short 5-minute drive to Island Park Reservoir and Henry's Fork and about a mile away from Stoddard Mill kids fishing pond.
The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a fire pit, a barbecue grill, and a gravel pad for entertaining. The pull-through driveway and utility trailer parking add convenience to your stay.
Pets are welcome at this pet-friendly property for a fee of $10 per pet per day. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, and a $10 fee per exterior location will be charged if not cleaned up by the guest. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. In winter months, guests need 4-wheel drive to navigate winter storms. Due to large amounts of snow, only one 7' by 12' trailer can be accommodated on the property in the winter. Additional or larger trailers can be parked at Keg Springs just down the road.
Situated in the Shotgun Valley subdivision, this cabin provides year-round access and modern design, just steps from ATV and snowmobile trails. It's 5 minutes to Island Park Reservoir and Henry's Fork, 40 minutes to Yellowstone's West Entrance, and 1 mile to Stoddard Mill Kids Fishing Pond.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and no cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces. Guests are advised to lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife encounters. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose, so store food and garbage in bear-proof containers and do not approach wildlife. No tents are allowed, and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
