Property
Smelly. The bathrooms were upgraded but kitchen wasn’t completely upgraded. It appears cabinet covers were replaced/painted but inner cabinets appear original -old and smelly. . dishwasher wasn’t replaced. Carpet needs to be replaced or new flooring put in as it looked old and smelly. Fresh drapes are needed, garage walls need to be repaired from holes and checked for mold/mildew as there were apparent water damage. Cobwebs need to be cleaned out. Bedroom patio door doesn’t slide easily from age.
