    Location, Location, within walking distance to the Plaza West Covina Mall, Bank of America, Chase, Chick-fill-A, McDonald's, Pollo Loco, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Panera, and Paris Baguette. Also, the Lakes Mall is the home of Regal Edward's Cinema "which you can see from the property street" and it's neighboring shops & restaurants like, One Veg World, Bun Street, Boba Land, Cove Cocktail Bar, Kopan Sushi & Ramen, Jasmine Hooka Lounge, Marisco's El Guero, and my favorite "Bahia Ensenada Grill". I also highly recommend "Mezzaterranean" they have the best Lebanese food I have ever tasted. As you can see there are plenty of option's if your a foodie like me "you will love this location." The livingroom is large with a new updated dinning area. The kitchen was recently painted and light fixture was updated. The bedrooms have a large space for storage above it too. The bathroom is modern with new tiles, lit medicine cabinet, and an air dehumidifier. Kitchen amenities include gas stove, oven, dishwasher (new), garbage disposal, and a drinking water system. All utilities included except internet. Small pets are allowed but have to pay (pet rental) an additional $20 per month per pet.
