We have a very nice Loft Apartment above our farm house that is for rent. The farm is located in-between Eaton and Windsor. The loft has it's own entrance to the upstairs of the house where the loft is located. The views are fantastic and you can't better country living that is peaceful and quiet then this, but still just a few minutes drive to all the major towns. The loft is an open space that combines the living, small dining, and kitchenette all together. There isn't a formal kitchen with sink, just a small area for a kitchenette. There is also no laundry room in the loft. There is a nice large open living room area, large bathroom and one big bedroom with closet. Rent is $750/month + $75 in utilities. Utilities are an additional $75/month which includes gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, tv service. No Smoking, we are open to pets but have had bad luck in the past and has costed us so much money so not preferred.
