House is wired for Google fiber and Central Air was installed since these pics were taken, so no more window AC units in the attic. The 4 bedrooms consists of 2 attic bedrooms and tandem bedrooms on the main floor (tandem = 1 bedroom connected to another bedroom: perfect if you are looking for an office space or to have the front bedroom as a nursery or child's room). Parking: There is 1 covered parking space in garage (no garage door) spot for your vehicle and another off-street parking spot out back behind the property (2 off-street spots allocated to this unit). House features original hardwood floors. Attic bedroom floors are painted wood, so bring an area rug for those floors. Other flooring: tile. Basement features recently purchased GE toploader washer/dryer and ample storage space in this concrete shelf basement for all your gear and storage needs. Utilities: You cover gas and electric and landlord covers water/sewer/trash. Yard Maintenance hired out by landlord. Occasional snow removal will be much appreciated.
