I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for my unit in a triplex off of Sunset Drive in Normaltown. It's super cute, in an incredible location, and has a brand new, private washer and dryer in the unit. It also has brand new appliances and TONS of storage space. I love the space, but am looking to sublet it due to personal/family circumstances. Rent is $1,300 a month which includes all utilities, lawn care, and Wifi! No set up, move-in ready. The lease ends in July 2026. The unit entrance opens up to a large, secluded backyard that is completely fenced-in with a gate for vehicle access. The backyard is shared with the other two units in the triplex. Pets are allowed, there is a 2 pet maximum. There is an application process with the listing agency, including credit check and proof of income. I am happy to reimburse the application fee ($60) for approved applicants! The move in date can be flexible, and I can have the unit ready as early as 10/11. The earlier the better! Security deposit will be waived if you can move in by November! All utilities and internet included in the $1300/month rent.
