Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., but cars must be in the driveway overnight to avoid tickets. Pets are welcome, with the number of pets negotiable. The cleaning fee is negotiable and based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.

WiFi is shared with first-floor tenants, but connectivity should not be an issue. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access the laundry facilities in the basement. No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house. No smoking is permitted, and pets must be approved before booking. Be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are people staying on the first floor. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $400 monthly utility cap, with reimbursement required for overages exceeding $25. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage reimbursement, except for WiFi and security system. A credit card authorization form will be provided upon check-in. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time.
