Bedroom #2 is currently setup for a baby, but is expected to be changed to include a full size bed, dresser and night stand (unless you prefer to keep crib for a baby). Includes portable AC unit. Living room includes large TV stand with plenty of storage space, 65" smart tv, Bose sound bar, large 132 in. comfy couch! Kitchen includes small dining table, all appliances including air fryer, toaster, pressure cooker and coffee machine. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining - just bring your groceries. Patio includes furniture seen in photo, storage shed, and storage space under staircase. Tenant must meet the following requirements: 1) FICO Score of 650 or above for all applicants. Credit will be checked. 2) Positive rental history 3) No previous evictions or debt to prior landlords 4) No co-signers 5) Gross monthly income 2.5x the rent 6) Must pass credit, background, and rental history checks Lease can begin as early as September 13th, 2035 and ends May 31st, 2026 (tenant may request to extend longer). Tenant is responsible for all utilities including water which is 45% of bill total ( other unit pays 45% and owner pays remaining 10%). No pets allowed in this unit. No smoking of any kind on property. Parking is not included, but there is plenty of street parking. Current tenants park in alley next to property, but at their own risk since it's not official parking. Contact me if you have questions about this.
