Feel at home in this retreat that comfortably accommodates up to ten guests with its three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This captivating retreat boasts modern amenities, including a Smart TV in all bedrooms, a DVD player in the living room, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. There are 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 bedrooms each with 1 king-size bed, and the third bedroom having 2 bunk beds that are twin over full size. Take advantage of the convenience of a washer and dryer during your stay. For outdoor enthusiasts, play cornhole while cooking on our gas grill or using the fire pit. Step onto the large outdoor patio or porch and soak in the breathtaking scenic views of Enchanted Rock. The neighborhood offers a serene and picturesque setting within the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The landscape is dotted with vineyards, orchards, and fields, contributing to its idyllic charm. The apartment is a short drive away from the vibrant downtown area of Fredericksburg, known for its quaint shops and delicious eateries. Delve into the awe-inspiring majesty of Enchanted Rock and adjacent hiking paths and hunting grounds. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Guests are not allowed to wander around the ranch and must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling as there are hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). This property is on well water and with the extreme heat and current drought, the water pressure is low, so please be mindful of your water use. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. To help us keep bugs outside, please keep all windows and doors closed.
