The changes will also include painting the exterior of the building and landscaping so please look past the existing curb appeal. We have a recently completed the improvements on the 3rd floor 3-bedroom apartment which will be ready for occupancy as of November 1, 2025. The renovations include the following: the entire kitchen has been renovated which includes a new stove refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathroom has been fully renovated. The hardwood floors in the bedrooms, living room and dining room have been refinished. The entire apartment has been painted with all interior doors having been replaced. Finally, the parking area has been repaved. Included in the rent are the heat, hot water and off-street parking for 2 vehicles maximum. The building is non-smoking. Dogs are not allowed. The property management team is available 7 days per week, they are dedicated, professional and resolve issues quickly. The property management team and the owner are frequently onsite to ensure the common areas (e.g. hallways, porches, yard and parking lot) are clean and well maintained. A 12-month lease is required. There is a laundry room in the apartment. Laundry facilities in the apartment will be enabled for an additional $100.00 per month. If the tenant opts to enable the laundry the landlord will provide the washer / dryer. No more than 2 cats are allowed. There is a $50.00 per month / per cat fee. All cats must be at least 12 months of age. No other pets are allowed.
