Not allow to use the address for correspondence. Lease for 1 year. Keep the property clean to avoid insects and bad smells. Put trash in plastic bags, black container for regular trash and green container for grass, blue container for recycles (plastic and carton). Don't park behind neighbors cars. Thursday is family dinner for neighbor in house 32, more traffic than usual. from 4-7 pm approx. be patience please. Do not use a lot of electronics at the same time, to prevent power outage.
