     Property

    It was not in showable condition. Smelled of pet urine, washer and dryer blocked 1/2 bath, neighbor had dog that barked a lot, couldn't access certain areas due to current tenant debris. Rent is too high for what it is, especially with high cost of electric heat. Driveway was unkempt and difficult to navigate.

     Management

    Seemed indifferent, perhaps even slightly inconvenienced.
