A separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, plus a bonus storage area. The sunny bedroom is spacious with generous closet space. The living room is bright and comfortable.
There is off-street parking. Gas heat in the winter, and we provide and install window a/c units in summer.
A one-year lease is required with first and security due at lease signing. A credit check is required. No dogs please. Cats are permitted with additional rent and security deposit.
