- A criminal background check will be conducted as part of the application process. Any history will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature and date of the offense and its relevance to the safety and well-being of the rental community.

- Government-issued IDs (including expired within 5 years)
Application Fee & Processing:
- All applicants over the age of 18 MUST submit an application.
- The screening fee is $49 per financially responsible applicant. This fee will be paid by the applicant directly to a third-party screening service and will be credited towards first month's rent if the application is accepted.
